Product Business Analyst - Supply Chain

The Product Business Analyst (PBA) will gain an understanding of the business systems and processes under the Supply Chain domain within the Future Ready HOLT (FRH) Transformation Program. This position is responsible for gathering business requirements, conducting assessments, mapping process flows, capturing data requirements, creating user stories or developing functional specifications, supporting communications & training, and acting as a change champion to ensure developed technology solutions support current and future business objectives.

Essential Functions:. Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT's Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission Gathers data, creates process flow diagrams, captures design interfaces, document solutions, identifies root causes to issues, analyzes inputs and outputs, translates business requirements into specifications, maps traceability from business needs through requirements to test cases, and creates readable and functional documentation Integrates with operational and other support departments as well as third party customers and vendors to achieve departmental, enterprise, domain and FRH Program goals and objectives Evaluates requests for application modifications and enhancements to identify and reduce the risk to business and integrated systems Remains up-to-date on developing business and technology trends as they pertain to business systems and enterprise goals, objectives, and directions Trains internal customers on newly developed procedures/tools to ensure consistent application, understanding, and readiness In collaboration with IT and other support functions, provides support to end users to resolve escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination throughout various departments Delivers targeted results within determined time frames and achieves overall customer satisfaction Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards Performs other duties as assigned.
