AT&T Public Sector and FirstNet is responsible for managing and growing public sector customers including Federal, State, Local, Education, Special Districts, and various other political subdivisions.Seeking an experienced enterprise public sector sales professional to be responsible for sales and revenue growth within a module of State of Texas agencies including the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles and The University of Texas.Job Duties/Responsibilities:The job duties are as follows: new sales, retaining and growing revenue and building and strengthening customer relationships supporting State of Texas state agencies.
As the Lead Client Solutions Executive 4 TX, this role includes responsibility for developing and communicating proposals, ensuring compliance, sales and revenue forecasting, building sales strategy, responding to and managing procurements, virtual and face-to-face customer sales meetings, and supporting the needs of other State of Texas customer and account teams. This position will serve as the account lead on one of AT&T largest State of Texas customers so the position includes dotted line leadership responsibilities to the broader account team.Required Qualifications:Minimum of three years of public sector sales experience and five years of enterprise technical sales experience.
Desired Qualifications5+ years of enterprise technical sales experience, 5+ years of public sector sales experience, 4-year Bachelor's degree, significant experience with government procurements and contracts including State Government, E-Rate and other government funded programs.Our Lead Client Solutions Executive 4 TX earn a base salary between $126,200 - $189,200 + commission with a total target compensation of $167,000 - $230,000.
