COM Overview: This role is reviewing any complaints for disputes (credit card, debit card, fraud/non-fraud) to problem solve and research the issue. Must be able to understand and be knowledgeable of Reg E or Z and determine what happened and what needs to be done to further investigate and resolve the complaint. Required: 2+ years of recent and tenured experience with Reg E OR Reg Z 2+ years of recent experience processing any of the following types of Dispute - CC, Debit Card, Fraud and non-Fraud, ACH Preferred: 3+ years of recent and tenured experience with Reg E OR Reg Z 3+ years of recent experience with all types of Dispute chargeback - CC, Debit Card, Fraud and non-Fraud, ACH 3+ years of recent experience processing any of the following types of Dispute - CC, Debit Card, Fraud and non-Fraud, ACH Amex/VROL.
