What this job involves The Solution Manager role is to lead and coordinate the development of winning solutions for prospective clients in Life Sciences across Corporate Real Estate. This includes the development of the organization staffing model, identifying detailed savings and improvement plans, technology solutioning, ensuring teams can deliver the solutions, and financial analysis that demonstrates the value proposition to our clients. This role is critical to the success of our sales team and integrated into all aspects of the sales cycle.

This role is client facing and will have exposure internally to the complete set of JLL capabilities to solution exceptional platform's the drive results for our clients Partners with sales leaders, functional subject matter experts and marketing to put forth the most tailored, competitive solution possible for each client Coordinating the development of clear, articulate, and winning value propositions for presentation to our prospective clients Ability to form strategic solutions based on in-depth knowledge of each individual client. Assists the sales leader in the contracting process by helping identify best business terms language, develop contract exhibits and conducting get-give analysis as needed Own the deliverables that will be key for business planning Conduct and coordinate Site Tours. Participate in client-facing yellow pads to help diagnose client needs and customize our solution.

Coordinate solutions resources to ensure quality of proposed service offering. Financial pricing model (internal proforma used during approval processes). Develop and maintain needed benchmarks and analytics to support estimating and pricing Communicate with the delivery team and account management organization to help facilitate operational handoff.

This role will be part of the larger Solution Management team, with matrix responsibilities into the Life Sciences sales function. Supporting all Solution Managers is a large team of experts in our capabilities including a proposal management function to help with the delivery and coordination of client artifacts. This role will be an individual contributor but part of a large, connected team all working on similar pursuits in different industries.

Ability to lead development of creative or unique solutions - thinking beyond what we have always done, creating a vision of what could be, driving through hurdles, leading teams to develop unique solutions Connection to Life Sciences industry research and trends for incorporation into our solutions along with understanding of the competitive corporate real estate landscape driving services in the Life Sciences industry Ability to partner, critical for success when working with internal Subject Matter Expert's. While this role is an individual contributor role, you are required to partner with a deep and wide set of SME's in order to showcase the best of our capabilities Strong writing skills including the ability to communicate the complete holistic solution in a clear and concise detailed narrative and executive summary.

This role will be responsible for bespoke written responses that communicate the solution. Need to be able to write and will ask for proof points Proforma owner during negotiations to validate scope and price, identifying any financial or delivery risks for JLL, including completing the internal profitability analysis for JLL. Will need to understand concepts of our financial models and how to work within them Strong background in Operations (on account), ideally depth in Facility Management or Portfolio Strategy Travel expectations approximately 30-40% annually on the high side, along with proficiency in all Microsoft Technologies including Teams and OneDrive. Preferred.

Strong grasp of real estate outsourcing in order to design the right solution based on what the client is trying to solve 6+ years in corporate real estate and 4+ years in the Life Sciences industry with Sales experience is preferred Facility Management, Project Construction Management knowledge preferred Help identify additional potential sales or growth opportunities during the solutioning process Ability to articulate and present account team, solution structure, delivery approach, maintenance strategy both internally and to client Excellent capacity to listen, articulate back what was heard, and mold this into a solution Experience in large, complex solutioning for corporate and product companies is preferred. Estimated compensation for this position is: 130,000.00 - 160,000.00 USD The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable.
