5+ years of Web application support experience. 5+ years of Websphere Portal support experience. UNIX system administration (RHEL, AIX).
Understanding automated configuration management tools (eg Ansible, BMC Blade Logic). Application servers (Apache Tomcat, Websphere v9, JBoss). Knowledge and understanding of Jenkins, GIT, Crontab, uDeploy.
Working Knowledge of UNIX Shell scripting/Python/standard scripting tools. Knowledge and understanding of Load balancing (F5*, Netscaler). Experience with Docker and related tools a plus (Kubernetes).
Knowledge and understanding of ForgeRock SSO, MQ/ACE connectivity. Troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Middleware and API Gateways (CICS, Mulesoft). Troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Middleware and databases (SQL, DB2, MySQL).
Broad understanding of Security protocols including HTTPS, SSL. Knowledge of all Infrastructure technologies, including monitoring and event management technologies - Dynatrace. Vendor partner management.
Infrastructure domain knowledge. Continuous improvement. Incident management. Knowledge of required technologies (incl 3rd party solutions). Problem Management/RCA. Customer service oriented.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 3+ years of Java experience and troubleshooting java applications. AWS Cloud and Azure: 1 year experience supporting Middleware in cloud.
Experience with application middleware performance tuning and troubleshooting. Experience with general web technologies (databases, ldap, http protocol, JAVA, html, SSL, etc) in a large enterprise General scripting or coding experience Experience with DevOps tools and technologies JVM experience with performance tuning, troubleshooting, general design principals. Integrating application servers and MQ Developing, testing, and maintaining business continuity DR strategies relating to the application server environment.
