Assist in the programming and implementation of various rating systems as required. 10. Assist in training and answering questions from departmental employees. 11.
Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers, management, customers, etc. 12. Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies. 13. Maintain communication with management regarding developments within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Administration or related field OR 4 years minimum related experience in lieu of a degree 4 years of information technology experience working on technology systems. 4 years of experience in a job requiring analysis with healthcare information data analysis 4 years of experience with SQL, Access, APL or other relational database systems tools 4 years of experience in system development and programming Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills Planning and organization skills Teamwork and interpersonal skills PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
