For more information, visit www.pepsico.com. The Senior Analyst, HR Learning Systems, will be responsible for supporting all system-related inquiries and requests for the suite of Learning tools. These responsibilities include reviewing, resolving and providing responses to issues and incidents, configuration and enhancement requests, and delivering new functionality, solutions, and supporting processes within Learning.

This role will also own collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of all projects. Another key responsibility will be to ensure that all solutions/projects implemented for various HR systems meet business requirements and adhere to PepsiCo standards across the global HR systems landscape while integrating with local sector/country solutions. Responsibilities. Support Learning system configuration solutions to meet global and local country business requirements.

Support the configuration updates required as part of Application Releases. Identify new functionality that can be implemented to meet additional business requirements, improve processes, eliminate customizations, and create efficiencies. Respond to all inquiries for the GHRO Systems & Platforms Learning tools via ServiceNow in a timely manner and according to all SLAs.

Lead discussions/updates and build a strong relationship with Learning Tech Admin teams in Hubs Implement new solutions based on Learning business requirements, user experience, and digital strategy. Assist in the constant assessment of existing systems (ie SuccessFactors - LMS, Schoox - LMS, Degreed - LXP, etc.) and new functionality and make recommendations to meet additional business requirements, improve processes, eliminate customizations and create efficiencies Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:.

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning Management systems including configuration, security, and baseline changes. Preferred Qualifications:.

Experience in Learning system implementations. Experience responding to inquiries, change requests, and complex system changes in a fast-paced environment. Experience recommending solutions that enable a positive user experience.

Ability to creatively design solutions that are flexible and agile Compensation and Benefits:. The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,000 - $ 105,000 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.

Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 8% of annual salary paid out annually.
