We are currently seeking a Technical Project Manager with focus on ETL/Data projects to join our team in Irving, Texas. The candidate for this role must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, Texas to work onsite at client location 2-3 days per week and remotely from home office remainder. Will consider candidates willing to relocate to this area.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Partnering with software development by using a strong mindset of DevOps

Experience of DevOps Project Management

Expertise on any data technologies, preferably ETL transformation with Data Governance/Data Lineage/Data Cataloguing/Meta Data

Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work for assigned scrum team(s)/project team(s) and all dependent teams

Responsible of project from inception to completion (including kick off, capacity planning, dependency management and execution) for up to 2-3 teams

Fully understand current teams product feature, technology stack, architecture. Establish technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams

Perform existing organization processes (adherence to SDLC processes, compliance, legal requirements).

Familiarity with current standard workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence etc.)

Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution skills

Diligence in execution and management of regular agile routines

Strong verbal and written communication - stakeholders communication, status reporting

Be curious to identify opportunities every day and everywhere, find root cause and provide solutions, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of Technical Project Management experience working with ETL/Data or end to end SDLC Processes

Minimum of 5 years of Agile operating model, with working knowledge of agile tools (Jira/Rally)

Bachelors degree

Preferred Skills:

Scrum Master Certification

PMP Certification
