Title: Security Project Manager Location: Hutto, TX (hybrid) Duration: Full Time, Permanent Work Requirements: US Citizens, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the US Description The Security Project Manager is responsible for managing the complete life cycle of moderately to highly complex projects, including approval, planning, estimating, execution, and closeout to ensure planned results are successfully achieved promptly. In addition to having excellent leadership skills, the ideal candidate will also possess an extensive background in the security industry.

Responsibilities: Supervises and assists with designing, installing, maintaining, and documenting security projects. Develops and stays within budgets, and timelines, and ensures progress to plan, as well as tracks critical project achievements. Performs surveys, prices new projects, attend meetings, and proposes solutions to installation issues.

Manages installation, technical, and sub-contract employees. Directs project scheduling, coordination with trades, and financial management. Manages workers at project sites and assures timely completion of work.

Services new and existing customers and communicates project status to the Senior Project Manager Builds and maintains appropriate customer service relationships. Trains technicians and facilitates learning in the field. Maintains relations with vendors and customers to establish and achieve goals.

Acts as the single point of contact for project status by maintaining communication with stakeholders. Manages all assigned projects to completion and ensures on-time delivery, meeting of budgetary demands, and maintaining overall project ownership. Provides research and leadership in the development and design of new projects.

Manages project status and information through formal briefings, project update meetings, and use of the current internal system. Coordinates with other work streams, projects, and initiatives that may impact the successful completion of the project. Delegates tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel while maintaining oversight of those responsibilities.

Ensures all project-related invoicing is done promptly while adhering to the company's and client's processes. Conducts regular project team meetings to address action items and project schedules. Makes recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision.

Requirements: 5+ years of installation and field experience At least 3 years of Project Management experience Capable of reading blueprints and associated building information Ability to rapidly understand business objectives and combine them with a deep understanding of project management to create, sell, and drive effective solutions. Strategic thinker and problem solver who has demonstrated a record of accomplishment in delivering projects within time and budget while meeting and exceeding customer expectations. A leader who can align, direct, motivate, and grow teams and client relationships.
