We are looking for an SVP, Data Services to oversee our North America Data Services team made up of data strategists, analysts, and engineers. This role plays a critical part in shaping our and our clients' ambitious marketing initiatives - ensuring they are data-driven, evidence-based, and aligned with overall business goals.
As our SVP, Data Services you will work closely with our executive and senior leadership teams as well as our client and product leaders to develop and implement innovative analytics solutions that ensure data is used effectively across the organization. You'll make sure our data infrastructure is secure, reliable, and scalable. You'll develop our mature team of data experts, ensuring products are delivered on time and team members are allocated optimally. And you'll have a special focus on building and delivering our data story as you participate in pitching and winning new business!

Translating data into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for existing and potential clients
Develop and implement innovative analytics solutions that harmonize data and delivers against our and our clients' business goals
Discovering and recommending connections across different data sets
Engaging with client, product, and agency teams to support data products and the vision for data at Brainlabs
Communicating complex ideas clearly at a management level, with excellent written and oral presentation skills - internally, externally via thought leadership, and in new business pitches
Build and deliver compelling pitch stories that are data-centric, leading edge, and tuned to resonate with enterprise and global clients
Provide strategic thinking and leadership of our data and analytics work, including defining the roadmap of work, engaging in cross-organization priority projects with a heavy data component, and ensuring successful delivery of data and integration engineering, data applications, reporting, and analysis services

What particular set of skills would suit this role?
Data subject matter expert who can go deep with data teams and also pivot to communicate complex ideas to C-level executives in a media agency environment
Very comfortable working alongside planning and strategy teams
Ability to drive the evolution of or data product by leaning into emerging machine learning and artificial intelligence-driven solutions.
Strong business analyst skill set:
o Ability to look and audit a clients business and brand performance strategically
o Ability to build a client narrative that demonstrates a data led pedagogical approach to growth
o Strong capability in modelling and analysis of data
o Management of a team of data & analytics experts
o 10+ years experience in a data strategic role in a media agency environment
