We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager, Brand Expression, to join our Brand Experience team. This is a remote senior-level role reporting to the VP of Brand and Content Strategy. Position Summary

Our in-house Brand Experience team drives the visual and verbal expression of the Rimini Street brand and provides creative services including content strategy, copywriting, art direction, design and production for a wide range of deliverables, from advertising and demand generation campaign assets; video; and event experiences to web content, executive presentations, and thought leadership content.

In this role you'll manage cross-functional programs, stakeholder relationships, and day-to-day project management to help ensure stakeholder projects are scoped, planned, scheduled and delivered on time and on brand.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serve as lead project manager for brand, demand gen, and corporate marketing initiatives
  • Work with Brand Experience team members (including creative director, content strategists, designers, and writers) and marketing stakeholders to define and plan programs, identify success metrics, monitor progress, manage budgets and lead daily project management meetings
  • Manage localization and translation process, including translation project manager
  • As primary POC on the Brand Experience team, manage relationships with stakeholders including VP- and Sr. Director-level leaders of demand gen campaigns, web, communications, events, and product/portfolio marketing
  • Define, streamline and manage creative workflows and processes to maximize speed, efficiency, and scalability
  • Ensure continuous improvement and optimal solutions to meet overall department and internal client needs; tactically execute projects
  • Support and manage departmental job tracking system and workflows including Smartsheet system. Help identify, implement, and roll out new project management systems as needed.
  • Help implement marketing-wide training for martech tools, central asset repositories and associated guidelines; partner with Marketing Operations team on aligning processes and tools
  • Manage review processes to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and alignment; proactively communicate project status and milestones to key stakeholders and team members
  • Monitor projects for adherence to best practices and brand guidelines; ensure final product quality meets or exceeds client expectations and departmental standards
  • Manage relationships with internal Procurement and legal departments, print services department, and external vendors and agencies
  • Identify, screen, and help train internal and external service providers, such as designers, illustrators, photographers, writers, video production companies, and printers
  • Own and drive asset management for Brand Experience team; establish standards and guide/lead resources and projects to maintain assets on internal backup server and Brandfolder DAM; set standards to optimize repositories such as search with metadata, keywords and file naming structure
  • Create and maintain team dashboard consisting of key SLA metrics, provide ongoing staff reports, and project updates
  • Complete simple collateral updates using Adobe Creative Suite

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Experience

  • 6-10 years of project management experience on in-house brand, creative services, or marcom team, preferably in a B2B technology company or agency supporting high-tech B2B accounts
  • Proven experience in creative project scoping, briefing, planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing resourcing, workflow management, orchestration, review and approval, production, measurement, and archiving
  • Experience in managing creative and production agencies and freelance/contract resources; experience managing translation/localization projects a plus

Skills

  • Solid understanding of digital technology and content management systems, including Smartsheet, WordPress, Workfront, Asana or equivalent
  • Strong customer service focus on facilitating collaboration and building positive relationships across teams; comfortable and confident working with senior-level executives
  • Align across multiple marketing channels in support of measurable short and long-term goals
  • Very strong collaboration and communication skills, calm under pressure
  • Proactive, resourceful, independent; strong problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized; skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks successfully in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present relevant facts needed to drive business decisions and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Flexible, agile, adaptable; prepared for hands-on execution as well as systems planning

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
