About the Role

The Senior Manager, Application Development, position offers an exciting opportunity to help support our enterprise claims processing system. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills, with willingness to learn about the Healthcare industry. Candidates should also be able to effectively multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Establishing development process and full system development life cycles

Being Familiar with Agile project implementation concepts and guiding the teams on the process.

Having experience in implementing large scale enterprise applications.

Having experience in leading and managing large teams.

Working experience in building applications using Java/J2EE, EJB and Oracle database.

Working on Human Health Services (SNAP, TANF) domain preferred.

Approving/authorizing production rollouts

Conducting performance reviews and evaluate individual performances.

Formulating Preventive and corrective actions for identified Risks and issues in projects.

Requirements

12+ years of experience with software engineering

Demonstrate Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and web client technologies

Experience in establishing development process and full system development life cycles

Experience in implementing application Azure, Cloud experience

Demonstrate Expertise at RESTful APIs
