Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce developer that is hands-on and can use their technical and product expertise to deliver effective solutions. Your main responsibility will be to architect, design and build end-to-end solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

You will be joining the organization responsible for driving our HP Ecommerce business in the Americas.

Requirements:

Hands on experience with Email Studio knowledge - A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Integration with microsites, websites and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, campaign waves

Taking ownership of end-to-end campaign execution and monitoring

Enables the solution to address the agreed business and technical requirements

Supports system and user acceptance testing and defect resolution

Ability to conduct end-user training

Aware of SDLC and Support processes as required by projects

Technical Experience:

Development and support experience of a min of 3+ years in Marketing Cloud projects, preferably in Exacttarget

Experience with Journey Builder, Automation, Email Studio, Social Studio and Marketing Cloud setup and configuration.

Knowledgeable in all modules of Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and support - Email, SMS, Web & Social (good to have)

Development knowledge around Journey builder, Content builder, Contact builder, Audience builder and Automation etc.

SFMC Reports and Dashboards, Integration with CRM (SFDC or other CRM tools)

Awareness of base security considerations, roles and access controls for users and data controls for campaigns.

A/B testing and validation and ability to support SIT and UAT.

SFMC APIs

Awareness of developing AMP scripts in journey builder or profile segmentation.

Development and Production instance knowledge

Salesforce Email certified specialist and MC Consultant certification

Implementation exposure to Distributed Marketing

Good to have:
  • Mobile push notifications knowledge.
  • SMS -short code and long code configuration and testing.
  • Social studio and account configuration knowledge inclusive of publish and analyze.
  • Knowledge on new modules - Interaction Studio, Advertising Studio and DMP

  • Proven web analytical skills (measurement, ROI, forecasting).
  • Strong organization and program management skills.
  • Ability to link interactive plans and activities to business results.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).
  • Strong knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.
  • Strong knowledge of direct marketing and CRM.
  • Maintain HP marketing management systems as needed.
  • Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
  • High levels of tact and diplomacy.
  • Agency and budget management.
