We are actively seeking a Product Management Director, Oracle Applications. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere is the U.S.
As the Product Management Director, Oracle Applications, you will define the strategy and product requirements of our entire Rimini Street offering that align closely to the needs of Oracle application licensees, including organizations running Oracle E-Business Suite, Peoplesoft, Siebel and JD Edwards applications.
You will research and assess Oracle licensee needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape and then develop products strategies and roadmaps that optimize Rimini Street client value while also ensuring alignment with Rimini Streets business model.
In addition to our Clients and Prospects, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Service Delivery to gather requirements and insights then develop overall product strategy, positioning, target customer and benefits.
You will ensure the successful general management of Rimini Street's Oracle applications business, including achievement of Sales, Leads, Pipeline, Customer Satisfaction and Retention objectives. You will collaborate closely with product marketing on an ongoing basis to define comprehensive go-to-market plans to achieve your targets.
You will act as a thought leader both internally and externally for Rimini Street's offering for Oracle application licensees.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a master of product strategy, including pricing, market sizing, packing, and promotion. You will also need to work closely with Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales to ensure leads and sales opportunities progress through the pipeline and are closing successfully. Gathering and assessing ongoing win/loss data will be an important feedback loop for your plans and actions.
This position reports to the Chief Product Officer.
