This is a unique opportunity to extend your Machine Learning PM skillset by helping build a product that is at the heart of the ML industry. You will be responsible for defining and shipping key product capabilities that serve ML Engineers across model architectures, use cases, and industries. If you have lived through the challenges of building and shipping an ML-centric product and want to help others do the same more easily, this role is for you!

Someone who can demonstrate superior performance in the core competencies of product management and high experience with the common tools, frameworks, and experiences of the machine learning industry.

Basic qualifications include:

• 8+ of experience in software product management roles defining user personas, shaping and prioritizing requirements, working closely with highly technical engineering teams to ship complex software, and delivering high value to your end users.
• Deep understanding of machine learning use cases and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in machine learning-based product development.
• Experience working with machine learning models, training frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and the machine learning tooling ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities:

• Dive deep with our user personas - Data Scientists and ML Engineers - to understand their specific needs, pain points, and goals when training and deploying models into production.
• Creatively ideate on various technical solutions to solve our users' problems, then decide and execute on those ideas to turn them into a great SaaS product.
• Lead the decision-making process on core business, product, and technical decisions with our company executive team, sales and marketing leaders, and Design and Engineering colleagues.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in both startup and large organizations.
• Demonstrated experience with a machine learning compiler, vendor library, or other software acceleration capability.
• Multiple years of experience in product management of AI/ML-based products.

The base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $184,000 - $264,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
