Responsibilities :

Facilitate daily standups as needed

Participate in the meeting and capture feedback

Draft data conversion plan

Schedule deliverable review walkthrough sessions with the State team

Lead the data conversion team in building data conversion programs

Facilitate meetings with the stakeholders to plan the conversion tasks, activities, and timelines

Share the mock-run data conversion results and data exception findings with the State team

Discuss data exception findings with the State team and identify the resolution plan and priorities

Provide a summary of the data conversion results during mock runs to the State team

Execute data conversion tasks at go-live

Provide regular status updates on data conversion activities and progress

Submit the data extract specification to the state team

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar

Minimum 8 years of industry experience

Good understanding of SDLC

Minimum 3 years of Data Conversion experience including strong ETL and XML capabilities and SQL experience

Experience working with technical products, vendors, and families of technologies and company software and hardware products

Good communication skills

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to create and maintain formal and informal networks

Ability to work with relational databases

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $114,730 - $149,000.
