What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field or equivalent related work or military experience4 years of direct experience as a Salesforce.com Lead developer role or in a similar roleDeep understanding of Salesforce.

com platform capabilities and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.Experience with Salesforce.com integrations with other systems, such as TMS System, marketing automation, or customer support platforms.
