What you'll do on a typical day: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional specifications and technical designs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers, administrators, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Salesforce.com with other systems.Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts or team members, sharing best practices and knowledge in Salesforce.com configuration and customization.

Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation to promote adoption and maximize the value of Salesforce.com across the organization.Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce.

com releases, features, and best practices, and assess their potential impact on the organization's Salesforce.com instance.Provide project status updates, progress reports, and documentation to stakeholders and project sponsors.Collaborate with Salesforce.

com administrators and developers to ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of the Salesforce.com platform. What you need to succeed at XPO: At a minimum, you'll need: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field or equivalent related work or military experience4 years of direct experience as a Salesforce.com Lead developer role or in a similar roleDeep understanding of Salesforce.

com platform capabilities and features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.Experience with Salesforce.com integrations with other systems, such as TMS System, marketing automation, or customer support platforms.

Proficiency in Salesforce.com declarative tools, such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Lightning App BuilderFamiliarity with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component developmentSalesforce.com certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, are highly desirableKnowledge of best practices in Salesforce.

com implementation, data governance, and securityExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and administrators.
