This role will work across multiple functions and disciplines while engaging directly with Agile teams that are using Scrum, Kanban and a Common Agile Framework developed within Lockheed Martin. The candidate will promote the Agile mindset and act as an effective change agent for Agile teams. Work with a team of Agile Coaches, ensuring alignment regarding mindset and frameworks are in place and in support of the Enterprise Agility vision and roadmap.

The candidate will also mentor level 3 Agile Coaches across all functions of the organization. The candidate will work with Lines of Business Integrators within each program to establish standard processes for Agile Development Practices and integration with the overarching Systems Engineering (SE) Process and Program-level Systems Engineering Master Plans. Ensure integration of the Agile and SE Processes with E&T Teams and with customer program offices.

The candidate will assist in implementing transformation drivers, goals, priorities and metrics with internal stakeholders and the Agile Coaching team. The role will demonstrate the ability to analyze the state of the Agile teams within the responsible areas to determine Scrum Master resourcing needs and opportunities for relentless improvements of Agile practices. Establish Agile role-based training plan & material.

Develop and provide standard policies, training, and coaching for Agile implementation across the Line of Business. Act as a Reflective Observer, Facilitator, Mentor, Coach, Hands-on Expert and Counselor to LM Teams. Immediate assignments will be given which contributes to the development Agile data collection methodology, Repository of Backlog, Reference Implementation Artifacts needed to maintain Configuration Management, achieve Airworthiness Certification, and to satisfy Program System Engineering Master Plans and customer requirements. Basic Qualifications:.

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related field. Effective leadership and negotiation skills required. 3 plus years as Agile Coach overseeing the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the organization.

2 plus years of experience as a Scrum Master working with multiple teams in a complex environment. Experience working with Agile tools eg Jira, Rally, or VersionOne. Excellent communication skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Desired Skills:.

5 plus years of relevant work experience with Agile and Scrum. Demonstrated experience planning, estimating, and tracking team throughput and performance. Demonstrated experience developing business cases and measuring relevant outcomes.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with, communicating with, and coaching senior organizational leadership. Certified SAFe 5/6 Program Consultant (SPC), industry recognized Agile certifications and training course completion. Industry Recognized Scrum Master certification/equivalent Scrum Master experience leading a team.
