Manage EEE procedures and guidance documents. Ensure Earned Value Management (EVM) functions are aligned with LM Aero guidance. Establish and negotiate program Statements of Work (SOWs), develop and define contractual deliverables, and author BOEs (Basis of Estimate) during the proposal process.
Lead delivery of all EEE contractual deliverables. Monitor staffing levels and hire as needed for new programs or growth in existing programs. Manage and push forward the EEE digital transformation strategy.

Ability to multi-task and work with multiple teams on different concurrent projects.
