Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial machinery, has an immediate need for an experienced Project Engineer, to join our winning team in Flower Mound. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Create the project Conceptual Layout Drawing (CLD) in AutoCAD 2D format Work with the Application Engineer in developing a project schedule Participate in equipment/product testing Taking on-site field dimensions and/or design development Generate the project Equipment Layout Drawings (ELD) in AutoCAD 2D format Generate a Change Order Log Track the ELD approval from customer Generate the Motor and Device (MAD) list Generate the Critical Controls Logic for the system (CCL) Coordinate PLC Program simulations with the controls group Generate equipment Product Safety Drawings (PSD) KEY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred, or Associate of Applied Science degree in engineering-related field Able to travel 15-25%.
