This is a REMOTE position; however, to be considered, applicants should reside in or be willing to relocate to the following states\: PA, GA, NJ, TX, WI, NV, AZ, or FL at their own expense.
SCOPE OF POSITION\:
The Salesforce Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing the North America sales teams' realignment requests, acting as liaison to our CRM team on sales automation issues and requests, developing distribution capability for promotional materials, designing and maintaining sales reports, and evaluating, along with IT team, third-party solutions for appropriate sales operations functions.

Manages on-boarding of sales team members; serves as point of contact for all salespeople reporting system issues including requests submitted via the IT ticketing system. Ensures representatives are set up properly for quoting, etc.
Collaborates with our sales teams to ensure proper usage of our CRM
Handles password reset requests, establishes permission requests, etc.
Assists with documenting business requirements & specifications for Salesforce applications
Participate, lead, and partner with IT on requirement gathering sessions with cross functional teams to understand business processes and key requirements for the CS Salesforce Application
Participate and lead user acceptance testing and planning
Partner with the Salesforce IT team on new enhancements, break/fix items and future state deliverables; streamlining and improving business processes for key users.
Communicate with key stakeholders on status of projects
Analyze and review requirements and partner with IT to implement solutions accordingly
Identify Salesforce process improvements and partner with key stakeholders to optimize business processes.
Develops training content and performs salesforce new rep sales training to support the CS Learning Center; and ongoing to current users as changes are made in the sales tools
Uses internal reports and resources to help with representative with commission inquiries
Ensures that all CRM users are entering data consistently to ensure data quality, reduction in duplicate data creation, cleaning of duplicate data, transparency and continuity.
Maintains project tracking reports sales reports | dashboards and designs new reports as required
Provides sales forecasting project tracking pipeline and business performance review; establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
Establishes and maintains Top Opportunity project tracking reports for all representatives and Specification Sales Managers (Top 20 in Design Stage and Top 20 in Bid Track & Close Stages).
Maintains dashboards on both Basis of Design Specifications as well as win rates (both in dollar value and % win vs lost projects). Provide monthly update on KPIs (working with Sales Teams/Sales Analytics)
Perform analysis activities for sales operations and support the field sales organization with timely and accurate sales and business processes and analysis.
Attends Sales training meetings (local, regional & national meetings) as needed
Communicate regularly with key users to support them in their role and provide information and training on new features and functionality to increase and retain adoption. Provide communication to end-users on deployment of fixes/changes to sales platform.
Work closely with business users and reps to provide day to day operational support. Troubleshoot user issues and assist in maintaining the integrity of the data.
Supplies support to Oracle and Salesforce Integration
Creates and trains users on all SOPs related to Salesforce
Leads and manages customer MDM (Master Data Management)
Pulls data from ERP and Marketing Automations software for reporting and communication purposes
Participates in the CS Global Salesforce Steering committee to identify best usage/practices and process improvement for CRM utilization; works directly with the sub-committees and works closely with the salesforce team to submit all changes needed through the IT ticketing system for the team
Helps to modernize Sales BI and Analytic capabilities

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION\: (Minimum Education and/or Experience required)
4-year degree desirable
3 years of sales or operations experience
Knowledge of the construction process a plus
Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform & capabilities; Sales Lighting experience a plus
Self-motivated, high energy
Ability to work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Organized, accurate, and comfortable collaborating with other departments
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with MS Office Suite
Understanding of sales, marketing and other business processes
Knowledge of Marketo integration (Marketing Automation Software) into Salesforce
Salesforce Administration Certification preferred
