Sales Directors are responsible for several key areas crucial to the growth of Huron. They will prospect and win organic sales inside healthcare delivery organizations. Success in this role is measured by revenue recognition achieved by selling new coaching and consulting partnerships within healthcare provider organizations including hospitals, regional systems, physician practices, long-term care, home health and end of life care organizations.

  • Sales Directors will be responsible for winning new client engagements with hospitals and health systems
  • Partner with business development team members, marketing, coaching and speaking to ensure effective use of resources and a seamless customer experience across all divisions
  • Travel to industry conferences for networking, development and relationship building to create new prospects and build ongoing relationships with existing partners
  • Partner with corporate Coaches to help with renewal strategies or system expansion strategies
  • Track all business development activities in SalesForce


  • Undergraduate Degree (eg BA, BS), MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' healthcare sales experience
  • Experience selling consultative services to hospitals and healthcare organizations
  • Extensive experience in the development and execution of the sales process to close the business deal through executive level contacts
  • Experience with SAP Software Channel (Critical)
  • Will be responsible for all North American Sales
  • Collaboration with Tagetik Sales Representative teams
  • Market demand generation for target SAP clients
  • Marketing support for Tagetik/Huron sponsored events
  • Knowledge of EPM Software Landscape (Tagetik experience obviously a plus, but not required)

The estimated base salary range for this job is $102,000 - $168,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's Business Development Commission Plan and Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
