Senior Financial Analyst
Frontier, a leading national communications provider, is excited to hire a senior financial analyst to join the consumer segment s finance team. This role will analyze complex financial data, perform ad hoc projects, construct dynamic reporting packages, and help our finance and product leadership make well-informed, strategic decisions for the organization. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly adaptive, and possesses a basic knowledge of business strategy and financial concepts. No telecommunications or technology experience is needed.

What you ll do:
Analyze complex financial data to identify risk, inefficiency, and opportunity areas for
the consumer business and for the company more broadly.
Work with other analysts and managers to manage the continued development of budgeting, forecasting, operating plans, product business cases, and modeling tools.
Provide insight to improve company performance by evaluating processes, monitoring
indicators, highlighting trends, building dynamic models, and analyzing causes of unexpected variances.
Create and deliver clear, concise presentations to senior leaders reviewing key results, business case findings, and strategic recommendations.
Work cross-departmentally to assimilate accurate, complete, and effective reporting.
Perform ad hoc analysis and special projects for the EVP of Consumer, CFO, CEO, and other executives across the organization.
Develop an interest in and stay abreast of the latest trends and news within the telecommunications and technology industries.
What you have:
Bachelor s degree with academic distinction; Master s degree is a plus.
1-5 years of experience in analytical, strategic, and/or financial roles.
Basic knowledge of financial concepts and business strategy.
Clear communication skills; ability to simply convey complex things to senior audiences.
Strong intellectual curiosity; creative and investigative mindset.
Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, root-cause analysis, and other corporate finance methods; strong research and reporting abilities.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficiency in SQL and/or Python is a plus.
