Responsibilities
  • Provide support enterprise system infrastructure and configurations related to Microsoft products.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 as a platform.
  • Manage enterprise security requirements with proficiency in Microsoft Advanced Compliance and eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention, Office 365 Cloud App Security, and Microsoft Defender.
  • Manage networking for 150 remote sites utilizing Meraki and Cisco software and hardware.
  • Create custom solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Lead the deployment of new cloud implementations across hybrid environments, including Azure, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office 365.
  • Provide Tier 2 support within the Microsoft 365 cloud environment, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Responsible for evaluating new solutions, including emerging cloud solutions, and developing the supporting elements required to incorporate new technical capabilities safely and securely.
  • Stays current with technological developments related to IT infrastructure, security, operations, and cloud services, as well as their management practices.
  • Promotes the use of technology, enabling the workforce to utilize new technologies in support of the strategic business plan.
  • Leads technology improvement projects, coordinates technology management in support of new systems, and ensures smooth upgrades of existing systems.
  • Leads the design, specification, configuration, installation, and maintenance of systems/storage/security/network hardware, software, telecommunication services, and internet providers for on-premise and cloud solutions.
  • Facilitates communication between management, peers, and practice management to ensure an effective approach to the implementation of IT solutions.
  • Monitor system health/availability. Produces and maintains highly available services to meet the organization's growing demands.
  • Ensuring the strategy and technology roadmaps are in place and reviewed regularly.
  • Actively participates in Disaster Recovery helping direct the development and execution of Enterprise-wide disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Performs other related job duties, as assigned.

Requirements
  • Requires 2+ years of experience supporting Enterprise-class solutions operating in a 24/7 environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, integrations, and deployment of services with an understanding of Azure, Active Directory, Enterprise Mobility Security, and Intune
  • 3-4 years minimum experience as a Windows 2012/2016/2019 and Azure/Active Directory services administrator.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory, ADFS, MS PKI, DFS, and GPO validation and design.
  • Hands-on expertise with Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Enterprise Mobility Security (EMS) tools and functionalities
  • Complete command over Group policy management, troubleshooting, and management.
  • Microsoft 365/Hybrid Knowledge
  • Basic Active Directory concepts, security permissions, and network troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing solutions in M365 using collaboration tools such as Teams, Planner, Stream, Yammer, SharePoint, OneDrive, Lists, Bookings, etc.
  • Knowledge of Azure Connect, Azure B2B, and online authentication methods.
  • 3-4 Years' experience in managing Microsoft 365 systems.
  • Creation and execution of PowerShell scripts to administer and manage Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of networking, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Subnetting
  • ITIL experience is a plus
Certifications/Courses:
  • A+, MCSE, MCITP, and CCNA Certifications are preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications for Microsoft 365 are preferred:
  • Microsoft 365: Fundamentals
  • Microsoft 365: Messaging Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

  • Microsoft 365: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365: Information Protection Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365: Teams Voice Engineer Experience

Work Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; first 90 days in office, after that hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
