Why this job's a big deal:

This individual will serve as an integral member of a team responsible for Priceline Partner Solutions' Finance Operations to ensure accurate and timely preparation of reconciliations and reporting. This person will be working closely with our accounting team to ensure month end adjusting entries are posted. And also, will be partnering with the Affiliate team to resolve outstanding billing disputes and onboard new affiliates for billings. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial setting and take ownership of their work. A successful candidate will possess the communication skills and eye for business to interact with multiple teams within Priceline as well as external partners

In this role you will get to:

• Assist to supervise the affiliate billing and commission payment process
• Review reconciliations prepared by outsourced staff
• Work closely with the Accounting and the affiliate team to post vital entries and to resolve and close out billing disputes
• make sure affiliates stay within the required credit limit
• Drive improvements to the billing and disputes resolution process
• Submit credit requests for potential new affiliates
• Assist in the preparation of weekly/month end credit policy reporting
• Review and set up billing for onboarding new affiliates
• Respond to requests from Affiliate team
• Transition of AR subledger in Excel to Oracles
• Contribute to special projects (eg automation, ERP implementation, etc.)

Who you are:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3-4 years of related professional experience, CPA or CPA-eligible desired
• High level of Excel proficiency is required
• Being able to self-proof work for a high level of accuracy is expected
• Strong analytical skills and be able to troubleshoot errors
• Proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment
