Responsible for developing expertise in insurance product development and filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain business processes and procedures.
• Monitor new laws and regulations, implementing compliance measures.
• Maintain relationships with state insurance departments and regulatory entities.
• Research and analyze regulatory impacts of new products or program managers.
• Assist with special projects and other assigned duties.
