Our VP of Client Impact plays a critical role in leading a team of highly skilled planners, analysts, and technicians to shape and enable stellar first impressions with our new customers. In this role, the team will look to you to drive efficient execution and high quality on implementation to set our customers up for success for years to come.

You Will:

• Provide leadership for the Client Impact organization following strict Project Office and PMI protocol in order to provide for optimal customer experience with high customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership focused on attracting, developing, and retaining top talent
• Establish team goals, track through reporting to ensure optimal results
• Stay up to date with current and pending laws/regulations pertinent to the industry, while participating in external associations as appropriate
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the meaningful implementation metrics driving the company business including project volume, implementation pull through, project turn around time, and implementation productivity standards
• Utilize implementation metrics to manage, prepare and present to leadership
• Partner with Sales to highlight the implementation process, and ready the customer for successful implementation starts
• Drive strategic initiatives such as company technology deployment and support strategies, training requirements and execution, and technical support processes to improve customer retention

You Will Bring to the Table:

• Management experience for a large team in a matrixed environment, healthcare industry preferred
• Experience with large scale project and process management
• Passion in driving client impact to the next level
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop people and get results through others
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and teams
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Ability to travel nationally up to 30%
• Detail oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, imagination, and patience

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges are developed with the support of benchmarks (competitive San Francisco rates for US-based roles) and industry best practices.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000-190,000.

Even though this is a remote role, you may need to travel onsite.
