Our Project Manager is responsible for handling end to end program level results alongside ensuring program metric targets are achieved. They will accomplish this through combined team efforts, relevant skills application, & people management skills. You will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing priorities and timelines, and being proactively organized to insure project completion. You should be able to independently prioritize competing stakeholder demands, and take-on multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

Education

Bachelors degree required.
Masters degree preferred.

Experience

At least 5 years of Client-facing & team management experience using all modes of communication (email, chat, phone, video conference). Experience with Cloud technologies is a huge plus

  • Great communication skills. Demonstrated experience communicating with people who have varied goals within the same project
  • Ability to work in collaboration or independently, to prioritize time between multiple projects, and to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
  • Good understanding and active listening capabilities, knows how to probe to get relevant information
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, procedure, policy and system information
  • Demonstrated ability to manage many moving parts; multiple usage criteria, several calendars, global time zones, several stakeholders
  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while using departmental resources, policies and procedures
  • Quick learner: absorb complex product and procedural information, and seamlessly adapt to rapid changes in the product, process and workflow as they occur
  • Analytical mindset: understand, analyze and make recommendations for improvement for internal processes, where appropriate
  • Technical Skills: proficiency with office productivity tools including email, web browser, database query, spreadsheet, presentation, and word processing applications; knowledge of Google Apps is helpful (but not required)
  • Familiarity working with tools and people in the technology industry or a technology-oriented space
  • Ability to communicate technical issues in non-technical terms

Candidates must be local to Austin, TX or willing to relocate at their own expense.
