What Youll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space - and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitors ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references.

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Director, Channel Strategy to oversee a highly visible function. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of an organization with an outstanding product, operation and culture. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President of Channels, MSPs and GSIs, with influence and visibility at the board level, this key position will directly help ensure the effectiveness and competitiveness of the LogicMonitor Partner Programs globally.

Heres a closer look at the duties in this key role:

  • Focus on new program creation for LogicMonitor Partners to ensure this key community is enabled and incentivized to drive LogicMonitor sales, and ensure these programs are well thought out, leveraging other departments and groups within all of LogicMonitor
  • Assist in the development of how we approach new partners and new opportunities to ensure we are building a strong ecosystem of partners to attack geographies and verticals.
  • Outline the partner journey with LogicMonitor and develop a playbook to ensure that we are aligned and focused on executing
  • Build strategy around our partner evolution of going from a single product company to a solution-based company with many products as our underpinnings
  • Work with Sales Operations and Finance to ensure the building of systems and processes that support new initiatives
  • Work closely Channel Team to orchestrate and ensure that our approach to new markets and solutions maximize the opportunity within Partner
  • Drive Partner Enablement programs to help our ecosystem become more adept and driving growth
  • Believe and execute on meeting our Partners where they are at, determining their potential, and driving programs to ensure growth
  • Ensure our partner program is prepared and resourced in a proper way
  • Work very closely with Product, Product Marketing, Sales Ops and Finance to create new partner tiering, MDF and incentive models
  • Visualize the onboarding of Partners, and the process of creating new Channel pipeline for them as a differentiator.
  • Responsible for ensuring desiring, quality, consistency and enablement in regards to LogicMonitor's Channel business
  • Deliver coaching and training sessions to the sales teams that reinforces the value and impact of our best practices for Channel partners
  • Work with leadership to create engaging Global Quarterly Business Reviews for key Partners

What Youll Need:

  • 10+ years experience as a high performing Channel operator/leader/professional
  • MEDDPICC/MEDDIC Sales Enablement leader in a B2B, SaaS business
  • Bachelors Degree required; MBA preferred
  • Proficient in Reporting, Budgeting, and Planning
  • Experience designing and delivering hyper-growth Channel programs to both internal and external audiences
  • Ability to work cross functionally with Channel Leadership, Sales, Ops, Marketing, and Enablement
  • Ability to create technical and/or sales engineering programs for Partners
  • Demonstrated ability to create GTM programs for Channel partners
  • Experience with Cloud-based Enterprise Monitoring; Log and APM software is a plus

Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
