Our full-stack engineering teams take products from ideation through development and deployment. Businesses all over the world trust us to operate in real-time as our solutions gather, process, view and add insight to petabytes of real-time video all hosted in our own secure data centers. No matter if you wish to develop lightweight microservices, groundbreaking AI or delightful web or mobile user experiences, we have a challenge for you.

Experience

• 8+ years of increasing responsibility in cloud software development including demonstrated experience leading teams of increasing scale
• Experience successfully driving agile development teams with a history as scrum master, product owner, or both
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of Full stack development methodologies, databases, RESTful APIs including high-level (Java, Python, Golang, etc.) web/services-centric languages and modern deployment web-scale tools and patterns (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.). Bonus points for broad language experience (C, C+) and experience with devices and firmware
• Desire to solve challenging problems in real-time while helping to create new procedures when those that do exist, no longer fit the current state of affairs
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory as well as the ability to attract, mentor, and grow exceptional technical talent. IC's as well as people managers
• Understanding and expertise in the security, surveillance, or IoT domains is a huge plus
