Fisher Investments is looking for a Systems Operations Analyst to help develop long-term data strategy within our 401k Solutions group. As part of the Marketing and Data Operations team, you will assist within marketing automation, data and system operations, designing data architecture and process flows that directly affect our sales and marketing efforts, empowering Fisher Investments' continuous growth.

The Opportunity:

As a 401k Solutions Systems Operations Analyst you will support our marketing technology stack and analyze data from multiple sources providing partners with meaningful and accurate information. You will share input and ideas with your team that will ultimately support sales and marketing strategy. You will report directly to the 401k Solutions Marketing and Data Operations Manager, who will guide your career development by sharpening your knowledge across multiple systems and gain range within your skillset.

The Day-to-Day:

• Identify potential process improvements, recommend solutions, and lead the project to implement those solutions to improve results and increase productivity

• Help on a wide range of projects, including creative execution and development, and work closely with other internal partners

• Support Agile methodology and collaborate with other team members to design, develop, test, release, and support new products or services

• Accept stories and participate in daily scrums with other team members to discuss project status and identify any issues that may affect progress

• Coordinate with members of other departments to ensure that projects meet organizational goals

• Design data architecture and process flows

Your Qualifications:

• Experience with data analytics, data visualization tools, project management and workflow tools such as Jira, ServiceNow
• 2+ years experience administrating and developing solutions in platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, DOMO or similar sales and marketing tools.

• 3+ years experience with SQL (PL-SQL, T-SQL, SQL PL or SQL PSM)

• 1+ years experience development languages: (at least two (2) of the following): (C+, C#, Java, HTML, APEX or JavaScript)
