: FP&A Financial Analyst Huntsman is seeking a FP&A Financial Analyst supporting the Polyurethanes Division located in Arlington, Texas. This position will report to FP&A Manager.

Position Summary This position will assist in facilitation and coordination of the Budget, Forecast, and Analysis that will routinely interact with the Executive Leadership team. The candidate will be involved in process improvement, operational and financial reporting, margin analysis, and business performance analysis. This position may include some occasional travel to The Woodlands, TX, and is well suited for an individual who enjoys making a high impact in a fast paced, collaborative, and dynamic atmosphere.

As the FP&A Analyst you will:. Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and quarterly analysis for Huntsman Building Solutions, and work with the team in presenting financials Prepare executive leadership slides include deliverables to Corporate Huntsman; Polyurethanes Leadership and local HBS Executive Leadership Interpret, analyze, and report current and past trends of key performance indicators Improve modeling and forecasting Develop Power BI dashboards and data analytics tools that provide accurate and engaging insights to drive business performance improvement Support Fixed Cost by cost center analytics and ensure alignment with Budget and Forecast Manage multiple, overlapping priorities in a high-demand, customer-centric work environment Understand, explain, and execute potentially complex quantitative strategies and functional solutions Respond favorably to evolving systems, applications, organizational objectives, and internal processes Manage challenging situations through consensus building, relationship management, and the formation and presentation of logical, data-based arguments Demonstrate commitment to policies, procedures, and company standards, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and ethical responsibilities Work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his/her work product. The individual will work closely with all major functional leaders of the Company.

Required Qualifications:. Bachelor's of Science in Accounting/Finance or equivalent from an accredited university 2 + years of progressively responsible experience in the accounting Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Strong analytical and accounting skills Intermediate to advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment Proficient relationship building skills, including the capacity to predict and manage behavior, build and leverage cross-functional partnerships within and outside of the organization, and leverage influential leadership. Preferred Qualifications:.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages for both general ledger and statutory accounting. SAP preferred Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team and take on new tasks with high level of difficulty. Work performed in a typical office environment attached to a chemical manufacturing Facility Be able to lift 50 + lbs on a continuous basis, must be able to make repetitive movements for a long period of time, walking, standing, able to wear a breathing mask, able to work around chemicals, walking up and downstairs, lift items overhead, bending.
