Digital Analyst Seeking a Digital Analyst to join our team! Work location: Work from home. Candidate must be local to the DFW area.

Responsibility for TexasHealth.org consumer website and My Texas Health intranet employee portal. Department directly supports all related digital marketing campaigns and facilitates access and integration with MyChart patient portal.

Supports stakeholder clients at all System Services departments and all wholly owned and joint-venture hospitals Here's What You Need. Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Business, or related field. Is required. 3 Years Relevant work experience.

Is required What You Will Do. DATA ANALYSIS. Leverage Google Analytics and other site data-collection tools to provide strategic direction for advertising and marketing campaigns, both internal and external Critically analyze site usage data through Google Analytics and Google Webmaster tools to provide strategic insights to shape creative development and campaign execution Constantly monitor all Texas Health digital properties for usage trends, technical errors and search engine optimization Consistently synthesize data to develop recommendations for implementation, offer perspective on site performance and regularly share learnings, best practices and opportunities for improvement with the broader brand and consumer engagement team Build dashboards using data visualization tools to analyze user behavior and website user experience Provide marketing call tracking capabilities from configuration through to reporting. Configure website tagging and track custom user interactions ADMINISTER PAID SEARCH CAMPAIGNS.

Manage paid search campaigns using tools such as Google AdWords to support initiatives across Texas Health and THPG Research and recommend keyword purchases to support Texas Health and THPG marketing initiatives Constantly monitor auction value for Texas Health keywords to ensure spend is efficient, manage to budget and keep product line marketing strategist informed Partner with Digital Content Managers on landing page development to ensure strong conversion rates Report paid search results to Brand Experience team at regular intervals Participate in strategic planning to ensure that paid search is a viable component of all digital strategies. 35%. TRACKING. Assist and guide Marketing strategists in tagging campaign advertising and email messages Maintain and manage systems Urchin Tracking Module (UTM) builder tool to ensure uniform, consistent and parallel data inputs from marketing campaigns Create and maintain Bitly or similar short-form URL links for all system usage Manage and maintain usage of CallRail or similar tool for programmatic switching of phone numbers displayed on digital properties SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION. Lead constant research to stay updated on latest trends for search engine algorithms Ensure that all Texas Health content adheres to ever-evolving industry best practices Proactively identify, monitor and improve tagging and configuration of site and provider content to facilitate optimum site search and external search results.
