Performance Monitoring Tech Lead


  • Lead the tech roadmap of monitoring solutions in cloud and hybrid environment.
  • Provide the solution design, development, modelling and prototyping of monitoring solutions.
  • Act as the SME to solutions and deliver all monitoring and performance requirements for the cloud environment.
  • Provide dashboarding and analytics solutions for stakeholders.
  • Provide automation solutions where necessary.
  • Evaluate technology standards, products, risks and benefits of new technologies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as receiving direction from managers.


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years experience with Log Analytics, Application, Cloud and Infrastructure monitoring
  • Expertise with Elastic Stack components (Kibana, Elastic APM, Elastic Search, Logstash, etc.).
  • Solid experience monitoring AWS cloud (Cloud Trail, Cloudwatch, etc.).
  • Solid experience with DevOps tools, methodologies and processes.
  • Solid understanding of container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of container platform monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
  • Any experience with COTS tools is a plus (CA, HP, Riverbed, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.).
  • Any automation skills are a huge plus (Python, Java, etc.).
  • Any integration tool experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
