Level 1 Help Desk Technician

Help Desk Role:

. Daily assistance to local users, Workstation setup & maintenance, software and hardware system administration including trouble shooting, new user setup, hardware and software upgrades.

. Help Desk Ticket management

. Perform data backups on a regular basis and maintain the backup infrastructure as required.

. Work with IT Administrators to help maintain the internal IT infrastructure which includes new server deployment, daily maintenance, network infrastructure, and more.

. Perform maintenance tasks including patch management, software and firmware updates, server and network hardware reboots, disk expansions, and other tasks as assigned.

. Aid in the support of network support for LAN, WAN, switching, routing, and wireless access points.

. Other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience with Computer Hardware and Software. A+, Network+, and MCP or equivalent experience preferred, Proficient with Microsoft products including Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016, Exchange 2010/2012, Microsoft Server 2008/2012, Knowledge of basic data storage configurations and backup techniques, Familiarity with disk imaging software and techniques, Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and network topology, Experience with virtualization technology. VMWare experience preferred.

Valid Arizona Driver License

Valid Automobile Insurance

Five (5) year MVR (driving record) free of any major moving violations

Copy of highest education certificate or transcript showing graduation

Valid fingerprint card or ability to obtain within thirty (30) days of hire
