Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional software engineer to join our engineering team. We are most interested in your technical skills, and your ability to learn quickly and grow in an entrepreneurial environment.

Our solution is based on over 10 years of artificial general intelligence research and development and is well positioned to fill the significant void between current IVR technology and human call center agents. We build software robots to answer phone calls, and we use AI to make them more helpful and user friendly than the ones you are used to using. It is a truly unique solution in an otherwise well-defined market space.

This is an onsite position located in El Segundo, California

Responsibilities:
This person will work on our internal application development and infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

3-5+ years experience as a software engineer
3-5+ years practical experience programming in C#
Good communication skills, and ability to work fast, alone or in groups
Experience with web service APIs (SOAP, POX, REST, etc.)
Flexibility, and the ability to acquire competence in novel fields quickly
Ability to quickly analyze complex systems and solve problems
Must be comfortable working in a Microsoft shop

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

Required technical proficiencies

C#, .Net

SQL

Additional desirable skills

Deep knowledge of .NET and web services
Experience with IVR systems
Experience with speech recognition
Experience with VOIP protocols
