Infrastructure Engineer - DevOps/AWS Administration (2 days telecommute)

Exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer to join a cutting edge SaaS company utilizing the latest cloud and open source technologies!

You will join a growing team and be instrumental in the administration, support, and management of our AWS infrastructure, Office 365, Security, and DevOps of our SaaS platform. Duties include managing and administering the production, staging, development, QA, Microsoft Office 365, and Dropbox environment. This is an Agile environment where you will work with cross functional teams composed of onshore and offshore members, participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review, and retrospectives. Work closely with development teams to assist, support, and enhance the Jenkins+Octopus CI/CD infrastructure and ensure best possible performance, quality, security, and availability of the infrastructure. Windows environment, no physical Servers - everything is on the cloud.

Breakdown of how your time will be spent:

  • 90% DevOps (50/50 split between true DevOps and System Administration)
  • 5% O365 and DropBox administration/support
  • 5% general infrastructure/tech support (laptop imaging, network security, software installation, etc)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years Infrastructure Administration/Engineering experience
  • 1+ years experience with AWS infrastructure administration
  • 1+ years DevOps experience managing and deploying AWS applications in a Windows environment
  • Scripting experience (Python OR Bash OR PowerShell)

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Office 365 administration experience
  • AWS certification
  • Experience managing and deploying software applications developed using Microsoft technology stack on AWS infrastructure (VPC, IAM, Route 53, ELB, EC2, RDS, S3, Cloud Formation etc.)
  • CI/CD experience
  • DevOps methodologies, processes and tools (Jenkins, Octopus Deploy etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree
